Lucida Design — POD Background Removal

The design-expert pipeline, not a bare model: Lucida m35 weights + a training-free poster policy (decisive flat alpha, counter resolution, atmosphere law) + a SAM3 semantic referee (CLIP picks concept prompts, SAM3 protects subject-owned whites — gloves, shells, pearls) + color decontamination and edge defringe.

Built for print/POD design artwork — posters, tee graphics, stickers. For photos and general images use the base model instead: lucida-demo.
